RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Window

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused and unworn
  • in original condition
  • in original packaging
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

We will respond with an email containing all return instructions

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as incorrect or defective items).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


Store Credit (Preferred Option)

Approved returns are eligible for store credit at full value, provided items meet return conditions.

Store credit:

  • has no expiration
  • can be used on any future purchase

Refunds

If you request a refund to your original payment method:

  • A 5% restocking and processing fee will be deducted from the refund
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Refunds will be issued after the returned items are received and inspected.


Return Timing

Returns must be:

  • shipped within 14 days of approval, and
  • received in acceptable condition

Late returns may be:

  • issued as store credit instead of a refund, or
  • returned to the customer

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

  • the item is defective
  • the item is damaged
  • you received the wrong item

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • used or worn products
  • modified or altered items
  • custom or special-order products
  • sale items
  • gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original item and place a new order.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Items must still be returned in original, unused condition.


Processing Time

We will notify you once your return is received and inspected.

If approved:

  • refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • store credit is issued promptly

Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process refunds.
